I just wanted to offer a very sincere thank you for the outstanding work and follow up support your company offers. After replacing our roof, which was an excellent job, some felt paper debris fell into the rear gutter. We noticed the gutter overflow several months later, once the paper had time to flow and completely clog the downspout. Your company never attempted to back away from coming back to clear the gutters and downspout. Your obvious commitment to your customers is truly impressive, and appreciated. Mr. Donnie Miller came out yesterday, and could not have been nicer. He promptly found and cleared the wadded up roofing paper, and had everything put back together in a matter of a few minutes.
