JOB TITLE: Dispatcher
PRIMARY LOCATION: Winchester, VA
JOB DESCRIPTION: Dumpster Rental & Junk Removal company is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team. This person will be responsible for scheduling dumpster deliveries, terminations & our junk removal team as well as monitoring lead software.
PAY: $14-$16 per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in conjunction with other dispatch to schedule drivers.
- Resolving customer inquiries for missed pick-ups, misplaced containers, and property damage.
- Assisting driver(s) when a pickup or delivery is in question before servicing.
- Demonstrate effective use of software applications, at a minimum MS Word and Excel proficient.
- Delivers outstanding customer service.
- Work in a fast paced, cooperative, high call volume environment.
- Solicit sale of new or additional services (Cold calls & email marketing support)
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
2 years of experience in dispatching preferred.
