SIDING INSTALLATIONS and SIDING REPAIRS
We use only the finest products, including: Alcoa, Certainteed, Crane, Heartland, James Hardie, MidAmerica, Variform, and Wolverine.
Vinyl Siding
Extruded from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in white and light colors. Smooth
and wood-grain textures are typical. Horizontal panels simulate lapboards.
Vertical panels simulate boards with battens.
Fiber-Cement Siding
It resists rotting or cracking and it resists damage from rain and hail.
It is available pre-finished with a 15-year paint warranty. This type of
siding is non-combustible, with a limited, transferable warranty for up
to 50 years.
Shingle and Shake Siding
Shakes are thicker than shingles. Primarily sold unpainted but also available
pre-stained, painted, and treated with a fire retardant or preservative.
Available in specialty patterns.
Solid Boards
Available in many species; redwood and cedar resist decay. Milled in various
patterns. Sold untreated, treated with water repellent, primed, painted,
or stained. Applied horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
Exterior Plywood Siding
Most siding species are Douglas fir, Western red cedar, redwood, and Southern
pine in a broad range of textures and patterns.
